01 / About

The
Mission.

NextGen Soccer Camp is a focused youth development program based in Douglas County, Colorado. We do not run a recreational drop-in. We run a professionally structured curriculum, delivered over two-week sessions, designed to measurably improve the soccer ability and personal character of every player we coach.

Great players aren't born. They are developed.

Every session is led by experienced coaches who understand youth development. We organize players by age and ability so that each child is challenged at the right level — without ever being lost in a crowd.

Our days move from technical fundamentals to small-sided games to full-field play. Players spend more time on the ball, in real game situations, with real feedback — and less time waiting in line.

Above all, we build players who love the game. Who show up, work hard, support their teammates, and walk off the field at the end of the camp a measurably better version of who they were on day one.

03 / Curriculum

Four
Pillars.

Every training day is built around the same four pillars. We move through them in deliberate sequence — technical, then tactical, then competitive — so players experience real transfer from drill to game.

01

Attack

Shooting, dribbling, 1v1, finishing, combination play, and movement off the ball. We coach decisions, not just technique.

02

Defense

Tackling, defensive shape, 1v1 defending, pressing triggers, marking, and recovery runs. Defense as a team responsibility.

03

Leadership

Communication, growth mindset, coachability, mental toughness, and a team-first attitude. Character built on the field.

04

Soccer IQ

Game intelligence, tactics, formations, set pieces, and positional principles. The thinking player has the advantage.

04 / Why NextGen

Five
Reasons.

There are a lot of summer camps. Here is what makes NextGen different — and why families in Douglas County keep coming back.

01

Professional
Coaching.

Experienced coaches with deep youth-development backgrounds. We keep coach-to-player ratios low so every athlete gets individual feedback, every single day.

02

Real Skill
Development.

A structured curriculum across technical, tactical, physical, and game-IQ domains. Measurable progress, not just a busy schedule.

03

Confidence
Built In.

Self-esteem, discipline, and teamwork are coached as deliberately as a chip pass. Players leave taller than they arrived.

04

Safe, Positive
Environment.

Family-oriented, professionally supervised, and welcoming to every level of player. We make camp the best part of summer.

05

Prepared for
What's Next.

Whether your child is aiming at a school team, a competitive club, or simply playing the game they love — they leave NextGen ready for what they want next.
