Building Champions Since Day One

A family-oriented summer camp dedicated to the patient, joyful, and deliberate development of young soccer players.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

"We don't just teach soccer — we build champions."

NextGen Soccer Camp was founded on a single belief: great players aren't born — they are developed. Every drill, every conversation, and every game is designed to grow technical mastery, sharpen tactical understanding, and shape strong, kind young people who love the game.

Our coaching staff brings years of professional and collegiate experience to small group settings — so every camper gets watched, coached, and encouraged. We believe in tough standards delivered with warmth, and in earning the trust of every family who walks through our gates.

This summer, across three two-week blocks at Challenger Regional Park, we are honored to do that work with your child.

The Four Training Pillars

A complete curriculum — not just a list of drills. Every camper grows in all four dimensions.

01
Pillar One

Attack

The craft of creating and finishing chances. Players learn to read defenders, combine in tight spaces, and arrive in scoring positions with intent.

  • Shooting technique
  • Dribbling
  • 1v1 dominance
  • Finishing
  • Combination play
  • Movement off the ball
02
Pillar Two

Defense

Defending is a discipline. We coach footwork, posture, and patience — turning every player into a problem the opposition must solve.

  • Tackling
  • Defensive shape
  • 1v1 defending
  • Pressing
  • Marking
  • Recovery runs
03
Pillar Three

Leadership

Character is the foundation of every champion. We build voice, ownership, and the kind of mindset coaches and teammates trust on day one.

  • Communication
  • Growth mindset
  • Coachability
  • Mental toughness
  • Team-first habits
  • Resilience
04
Pillar Four

Soccer Knowledge

The thinking side of the game. We unlock patterns, pictures, and decisions so players see the field clearly and act with confidence.

  • Game IQ
  • Tactics
  • Formation understanding
  • Set pieces
  • Positional principles
  • Transitions
